UnitaryFunded provides simulated trading challenges and simulated funded trading programs designed to evaluate trader consistency.

UnitaryFunded is not a broker, bank, asset manager, financial advisor, or custodian.

Participation in a program does not create an employment, partnership, or investment advisory relationship.

Users must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements.

Services must be used only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all stated program rules.

We may refuse or terminate access for users who violate rules or engage in abusive behavior.

Each funding program has its own profit targets, drawdown limits, trading day requirements, platform conditions, and prohibited strategies.

By enrolling, users agree to follow the published rules for their selected program.

Violating program rules may result in disqualification, payout review, or account termination.

Payments may be handled by third-party processors. UnitaryFunded does not store complete payment credentials.

Users are responsible for submitting accurate payment details and network information where applicable.

Fees are generally final once program access is provisioned, except where support approves a correction for technical or billing errors.

Traders who qualify under program terms may become eligible for simulated profit-share payouts.

Payouts may require identity verification, rule review, and trading activity checks.

Suspicious, abusive, or non-compliant trading may delay or cancel payout eligibility.

Users must not exploit latency, manipulate pricing, coordinate abusive trading, sell account access, or block account monitoring.

Unauthorized copy trading, account mirroring, credentials sharing, and policy evasion are not allowed.

Serious violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Services are provided as-is and do not guarantee profitability, success, or account approval.

UnitaryFunded is not responsible for trading losses, platform outages, third-party payment issues, or user error.

To the maximum extent permitted, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected program.

We may update these terms as products, rules, or operational requirements change.

Continued use of the site or services after updates means the revised terms are accepted.
